Most early adopters of technology are used to the idea of looking like dorks. That was definitely the case with early users of Google Glass, who were apparently okay with looking like Universal Soldiers in exchange for Google Glass’ numerous technological features. But now, Google Glass is partnering with Luxottica—a company with ownership of stylish sunglasses brands like Ray-Ban, Persol, and Oakley—for Google Glasses that actually look pretty good.
The collaboration between Google Glass and Luxottica might be a game-changer for people who are interested in Google Glass but don’t want to look stupid while they wear it.
You can see a few Google Glass and Luxottica collaborations in the gallery up at the top of the page. And stay tuned for more information on this partnership, like when the fruits of it will be available to the public.
