The spring and summer season of 2014 will mark Japanese fashion label NEIGHBORHOOD‘s increasing encroachment (or is that encroaching increase) into markets outside of Asia. That includes a recent unveiling at the Capsule Show New York last week, which was NEIGHBORHOOD‘s first showing in a trade show in the western hemisphere.
NEIGHBORHOOD’s founder Shinsuke Takizawa’s appeal to the New York (and American) market with the NEIGHBORHOOD spring/summer 2014 collection includes a lot of floral prints and other maritime fashion staples. And for fans of NEIGHBORHOOD’s signature black and white looks, there’s plenty of that to be seen in the collection as well.
To take a look at NEIGHBORHOOD’s 2014 spring/summer collection preview from Capsule Show New York, just take a look at the gallery at the top of the page. And for more, you can also check out the NEIGHBORHOOD website for yourself here. As for the collection itself, it should be arriving in select retailers as we get closer to spring.
