A big part of street artist Banksy‘s persona is his mysterious identity. As a result of his anonymity, very few (if any) photographs of the artist are known to exist, but Twitter user @DjJonHenry recently snapped some photos that he believes were of Banksy and his crew preparing for part of his ongoing residency in New York City.
As you might expect in a situation like this, there remains some mystery over which person in the photographs is Banksy. The photographer says it’s the guy standing on the truck wearing a cap, but an expert at Gothamist (check out the article here) says that it’s more likely one of the men on the ground.
