French custom motorcycle firm Lazareth, named for founder and chief designer Ludovic Lazareth, has unveiled their latest custom bike: A BMW 1200R.
Designed as a “neo-retro scrambler,” the Lazareth BMW 1200R is almost totally revamped from the original model, as only the bike’s rear suspension and engine remain unchanged. As for the rest, the Lazareth team has added a new tubular chassis, front suspension borrowed from a Yamaha YZF-R6, Continental Twinduro tires, and a little bit more width.
The result is a motorcycle that is easy to imagine yourself zipping through the streets of Paris with, as you evade gangsters, policemen, assassins, or some combination of the aforementioned. There are some photos of the Lazareth custom BMW 1200R in the above gallery, and you can check out more of their work at their website here.
