When Nike first released a look at the upcoming Nike LeBron X “MVP,” everybody who saw it knew that “MVP” was not a sufficient name for this crazy colorway. As a result, fans have dubbed this the “What The MVP?,” an apt name for this vaguely clown-like collision of colors and shapes.
The design comes from various colorways in the LeBron X‘s past, including the “Prism,” “Cutting Jade,” and “Area 72” colorways, among many others. But as you can see, the visual effects suggest more of a title sequence for a mid-90s cartoon show than previous Nike LeBron X’s.
Release details so far are scarce, but Nike has suggested that the Nike LeBron X “MVP” or (“What The MVP?” if you prefer) will be available in limited numbers starting in July. Until then, you can check out some pictures in the gallery at the top.
