A new colorway of the Nike LeBron X was announced by Nike today. Called “Pure Platinum,” signs point to it being one of the last new varieties of the original LeBron X, before the shoe is replaced by the Elite and EXT series.
Contrary to the name, the “Pure Platinum” colorway actually fades from white to blue and red, with a hit of orange on the swoosh (so it’s not “pure platinum”). It’s a pretty interesting visual, and one that might make up for the recent preponderance of the LeBron James Player Exclusives.
You can get a closer look at the “Pure Platinum” Nike LeBron X in the gallery at the top. And to get a pair for yourself, check out online retailer Oneness here, where the shoe is dropping on May 4th for $180.
