Jim Beam Jacob's Ghost White Whiskey

Jim Beam is apparently taking inspiration from the infamous “Pepsi Clear” for their newest product, Jacob’s Ghost White Whiskey.

Just kidding.

It’s actually inspired by Jim Beam founder Jacob Beam’s white whiskey. But you shouldn’t let its unusual color trick you into thinking this is some low-rent moonshine. Jacob’s Ghost White Whiskey is aged in a white oak barrel for at least a year and tastes just like a traditional bourbon (only a little lighter).

That lightness means that the Jacob’s Ghost White Whiskey is a little more versatile than most Jim Beam joints. In addition to the usual Jim Beam modes of enjoyment, Jacob’s Ghost can also be used as a substitute for vodka or tequila.

You can check out more info about Jacob’s Ghost on Jim Beam’s website here. And head to select liquor stores near you to grab a bottle, which retails for $22.
