HTC has unveiled their new flagship smartphone - called, simply enough, “One.”
Messianic overtones aside, the HTC One is one of the first smartphones on the market with a quad-core Snapdragon 600 from Qualcomm, which makes it one of the most powerful in the history of the form.
It also has a nice metallic aluminum housing, which makes the HTC One both look and perform like a smartphone of the future. It’s outfitted with a variety of cutting-edge features, such as an UltraPixel camera that’s said to collect 300% more light and picture information than smartphone cameras now.
In order to see if the HTC One will catch on, we have to wait until its worldwide release date in March. Expect more details on things like pricing and availability as that date approaches. Until then, check out a “first look” video below, in addition to the above gallery.
