The Batman Suite At The Eden Hotel In Taiwan

You may or may not be familiar with the concept of “love hotels,” but I’m certainly not going to provide you with an in-depth answer if you’re not.

The basic idea is, instead of paying by the night, you pay for just a few hours. In the US, these types of places tend to be seedy dumps, but in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, it appears as though their love hotels are of a much more upscale variety. For example, one of their love hotels is called “The Eden,” and it has rooms that are as lavishly themed as any amusement park.

One of their rooms is referred to as “The Batman Suite.” As you can see, it takes its design cues from the Tim Burton Batman film, rather than the more recent Chris Nolan movies. Still, it looks pretty cool, right? And it only costs $50 for a 3-hour stay!

Consider it the next time you’re in Taiwan looking for a place to crash for a few hours. As for those who don’t intend on traveling to Taiwan anytime soon, you can take a closer look at The Batman Suite via the above gallery.
