Jordan CP3.V Year of the Dragon

Jordan has announced a brand new pair of kicks based on the Nine-Dragon Wall located in Beijing’s famously named Forbidden City.

The new pair of shoes, called the Jordan CP3.V – Year of the Dragon, offers the same blue and gold motif as the wall, and is designed to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Dragon this year. The design is inspired by the Azure Dragon, and its watery nature has an obvious influence on the shoe’s appearance.

Just as well, cloud patterns appear throughout the entire package, from its wrapping paper to its translucent outsole. The Azure Dragon itself sits upon the shoe’s tongue and its sockliner. The shoe’s design is complete with the addition of Chinese characters on its outsole.

The Jordan CP3.V – Year of the Dragon will be available at various Jordan brand retail locations this Thursday.  Here are a few more images of this stylish sneaker.
