Style and Sound, Together at Last! Skullcandy Releases Aviator Headphones

Skullcandy is a company well known for its flashy, stylish headphones, and its newly announced “Aviator” cans are no less stylish—albeit designed for a more sophisticated audience.

These new headphones, which carry a price tag of $150, are colored in a respectable brown-black with gold trimmings. Designed in the style of Ray-ban Aviator sunglasses, the headphones sound as stylish as they look, and are a part of Skullcandy’s new line of “Supreme Sound” headphones. Besides looking good, they also sport memory foam ear pillows for comfortable listening.

Whether they meet the tough standards of audiophiles used to costly cans by Audio-Technica and Beyerdynamic remains to be seen, but Skullcandy is serious about leaving a good impression on its users.

Needless to say, I wouldn’t mind wearing a pair of these either in public or at home. If they catch your eye, you can pick up a pair of them directly from Skullcandy.
